Every Monday for Annadanam at Sri Mogilishwara Swamy Temple,

In Andhra Pradesh, 30 km from Chittoor town and 10 km from Palamaneru town, National Highway No. 4. On the side of this road, there is a temple of Sri Mogilishwara Swamy that has been there for 2000 years. It is said in the Puranas that this Mogilishwara Swamy himself was born. This Mogilishwara Swamy is a very powerful Swamy. People believe that if you pray to this Mogilishwara Swamy, children will be born. Those who worship Sri Mogilishwara Swamy with devotion and those who do not have children will be born. With the blessings of Sri Mogilishwara Swamy, many women have given birth to children. Thousands of devotees come to this Mogilishwara Swamy temple every Monday. Thousands of devotees from neighboring states, including Tamil Nadu and Karnataka, come to have darshan of Sri Mogilishwara Swamy, sleep in the temple at night and go to their homes the next day.People come from far and wide to have darshan of Shri Mogilishwara Swamy. Many of these devotees are poor, disabled and beggars. Our organization provides food to these devotees three times a month, on every Monday, every full moon day and every new moon day. On a full moon day, it costs Rs. 120,000 for about 500 devotees. We collect donations from the people for this food donation. It is said in the Puranas that food donation is a great gift.
