Founded in 1994, The Humsafar Trust (HST) is India’s pioneering LGBTQ+ organization, working to promote health, and wellbeing of sexual and gender minorities.

For over three decades, HST has been at the forefront of advocacy, community mobilization, capacity building, research, and service delivery — empowering thousands of LGBTQ+ individuals across India.

The Sahyog Clinics are community-run health centers of The Humsafar Trust, offering free and confidential services including:

• HIV testing, counseling, and treatment referrals
• Mental health support and psychosocial counseling
• Primary healthcare and STI management
• Guidance on gender-affirming care and legal support
