Empowering Girl Athletes to Dream Bigger

Across low-income communities, talent is everywhere—but opportunity is not.

For girls especially, the journey into sports is often cut short due to lack of  resources and support.Most come from families that cannot afford nutrition, training or even basic sports shoes.

Yet, despite these challenges and their financial backgrounds, these girls are today proving their mettle against some of the best athletes in the country.

At present, Khiladi Foundation is supporting 12 promising girl athletes who have demonstrated exceptional dedication and potential. They train hard, show discipline, and aspire to compete at the highest levels.

However, sustaining and scaling this success requires more support.

Without access to proper infrastructure, professional training environments, and recovery facilities, many gifted athletes risk falling behind just as their journey gains momentum.

These same girls are today Delhi State champions, CBSE Cluster medalists, and National School Games finalists.

We made it possible through structured training, nutrition awareness, mentorship, and consistent support provided by the Khiladi Foundation..
