Meet Khushi:

12-year-old Khushi lives in Delhi’s Zamrudpur slum. From her window, she watched kids from posh neighbourhoods play frisbee in the park. She longed to join them, to play, to dream, to win a medal at the Olympics, or even to become an IAS officer one day.

But Khushi knows her reality. "That takes a lot of money!” At home, there's no space to play, constant fights with her brother, and dreams that feel impossibly far away.

Then something magical happened.

A "bhaiya and didi" from a local organisation started teaching ultimate frisbee in her neighborhood. For the first time, Khushi learned to play, to speak with confidence, and to dream boldly. The fights at home were reduced. Her smile returned.

"I want my friends to play too!" she now says, eyes shining with possibility.

But here's the thing: Khushi's transformation happened because someone invested in that bhaiya and didi - local young changemakers, giving them the skills and support to reach kids like her.

Because every child deserves to play, dream, and believe a better future is possible.
