We saw in the locality around us that children are going to school but their level of education was many times behind their class, so our team decided that we have to do something to improve the level of education of these children. 
 We started Gully Classes to solve this problem, now we also get children to study daily and along with studies, organize many types of activities for them, which keeps the children's mind engaged and children are more towards studies. Now we have 1 BHK flate which we have taken on Rent. 
 We started Gully Classes with 10 students, now we have 120 students coming to the Ghatkopar Center in Mumbai to study daily. There has been a difference in the level of studies, we will start more such centres in Mumbai and Rajasthan in the coming time and Gully Classes Foundation can benefit more such children and we will further improve the level of studies.

We Gully Classes Foundation is registered under section 8 of the companies act of 2013 as a non-profit organization. We provide primary education to underprivileged children in different areas of Mumbai and other cities in India. We are also working to protect the Environment by conducting awareness sessions and weekly River, Garden &amp; Beach cleanup drives in Mumbai. Currently, we signed a memorandum of understanding with Ramniranjan Jhunjhunwala college (Ghatkopar), Thakur Engineering College (Kandivali) &amp; with The University of Petroleum &amp; Energy Studies (Uttarakhand). We worked with more than 150+ Colleges, Organizations &amp; Companies. We are also internationally associated with River Clean up, a Beigum-based Organization &amp; Surfrider Foundation, a Europe-based organization. Reading Room &amp; Library We opened one Library and a Reading Room in the Basni Village of Nagaur District of Rajasthan in 2020 during COVID-19, where now more than 70 students come from more than five villages every day to learn &amp; brighten their future. Last Year three students cleared CA intermediate &amp; two cleared NEET, and now they are pursuing MBBS. Recently we collaborated with Digital Empowerment Foundation. They supported us with 5 five computers, 3 Tablets &amp; a printer. Currently, we are working on a digital literacy program in which we teach Excel, Word, PPT, Designing, etc. Empowerment<ol><li>Digital Classes: We conduct classes to impart computer knowledge, digital creativity, etc., to students of different age groups. Through our various partnerships, students who have gained experience are aided in landing internships, jobs, etc. In this pursuit, recently, we have received some desktop PCs from Digital Empowerment Foundation to augment our initiative.</li><li>Mehndi Course: After COVID-19, we received many enquiries (especially from females) for job opportunities. These people had suffered the loss of a loved one and needed to support their family monetarily and emotionally. After due thought and focusing on skilling for livelihood, we started conducting courses like on Mehndi Application etc., for about 3-4 weeks. After completing these courses, around 50 girls could sustainably earn a stable monthly income.</li></ol>Gully Stray Care - During COVID-19, along with humans, animals suffered terribly as the entire ecosystem was disrupted. Our team, taking cognizance of the problem, started a "Gully Stray Care" project. We organized online sessions to appeal to college students through our social media handles to feed nearby strays by giving them whatever leftover food was left in the house. Now, we feed stray Cats &amp; Dogs every day in Ghatkopar West, where we cover more than 50 strays daily.Gcf 4 Environment<ol><li>Cleanup Drive - We work on protecting the Environment through activities like River &amp; Beach Cleanup drive. We have organized more than 60 Cleanup Drives and collected more than 10,000 kgs of waste from different coastal areas of Mumbai (Mithi River, Juhu Beach, etc.). BMC, NSS, Rotaract Club, etc., support our initiatives. Volunteers joining these drives receive initial training, protection gear, refreshments, certificates, etc. Another cleanup activity is undertaken - Garden Cleanup. With the support of NSS, we have done more than 15 such drives by engaging the local populace.</li><li>Tree Plantation - As the focus on the Environment has always been our driving point, we carry out Tree Plantation throughout the Year with particular emphasis on trees that can grow fast (in about six months). Our team organizes tree plantations in the Mumbai, Nagaur &amp; Kota districts of Rajasthan every Year. Our team has planted more than 150 trees in the last three years.</li><li>Seedballs Drive Seed balls have an 80% growth success over regular seedlings. Last Year, we partnered with the 'Bhumi Organization' to conduct a Seed Ball Making workshop. Through various such workshops, we have made more than 20000 seed balls. These were dispersed in a different locations in Mumbai.</li></ol>Impact Gully Classes Foundation has enabled more than 5,000 volunteers to contribute 15,000 plus hours to its social initiatives. GCF provides comprehensive educational support for 250+ underprivileged children in Mumbai &amp; Rajasthan, India, to become better citizens of tomorrow. GCF also provides a platform for volunteers to take up causes linked to Sustainable Development Goals. GCF’s work impact includes creating community and environmentally conscious citizens and evolving the urban slum communities to be self-sufficient units capable of identifying and rectifying issues within their system and cultivating the path to finding opportunities and talent, curiosity, creativity, and confidence through talent development programs/events.
