Currently, one of our bigger donors is retiring and will not be able to support us as consistently as before. And we require your help to continue to maintain the current structure and aid us in this deficit and time of crisis.

The deficit was covered due to the following reasons:

The speech therapist shifted to part-time with a reduction in salary.

The physical therapist resigned and was not present for one month till the new hire. No increments were given to staff for the past 2 years.

The Occupational therapist and Administator is currently working part-time with a reduction in pay due to deficits.

As our work continues, the number of children seeking treatment also increases every month. If provided with the resources, we plan to expand our services over the next five years to increase our outreach. We would also like to establish our own campus or building which can be designed to be disability-friendly and accessible and allow us to serve more children, and provide them with a play-area space, vocational training center, etc. This expansion would include the following recurring and one-time expenses.

Staff Annual increment of 5-10% At 8% increment, 13,640 for first year.

Additional Therapist Team 44,22,000 per annum

Sub-center establishment 20,30,00 per annum

Own Land 40 lakhs (one-time)

Building Construction Up to 90 lakhs (one-time)

Therapy equipment and resources 3-5 lakhs (one-time)
