In India about 77 percent of the country's population is settled in villages, rural areas & slums. In spite of the fact that relatively large proportions of resources have been deployed for the medical and health care in urban areas, the people living in urban slums and the urban poor have been largely neglected.

Environmental sanitation is poor in urban slums; less than 10 percent of the slums has proper sanitation and essential resources. They are the victims of poverty and disease, and are socio culturally maladjusted to urban life. They need specific health care program with main focus on women, children and old age citizens.

In April-2014 , Parivartan Sandesh Foundation start-up a project to provides an absolute caring approach by delivering extensive primary health care services through MOBILE DISPENSARY UNIT to the most dispossessed and impoverished communities who doesn’t have a stable living and their socio-economic conditions doesn’t allow them to have a proper access to a regular medical provider. Our Mobile health care dispensary reaches the most poverty-stricken slums of Delhi, aiming to offer a continuous care with free of cost Check-up by Qualified Doctor and free of cost medicines.

Mobile Health Care Unit provides Primary Health Services 4 days a week in different locations & cover approx. 100 patients get benefit on every visit. MHU unit consist a MBBS Doctor and a qualified lady attendant. Patients gets free of cost medicines for their health issues. Along with health check-up, PSF volunteers provide health awareness to attendants and educate them how to use available resources in best methods
