I am fundraising for a cause close to my heart, to bring a lasting change in the lives of patients with heart failure and heart attack survivors.
THE PROBLEM - " Heart Failure after heart attack weakens the heart and cause premature deaths"
Heart conditions, such as Heart Failure, Dilated Cardiomyopathy (DCM), Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH),have a significant impact on patients, resulting in weakened hearts, poor quality of life and cause premature deaths. In the absence of accessible and affordable Cardiac Rehab exacerbates the weakness of their hearts, leading to a range of detrimental consequences.
Most of them develop anxiety issues in performing simple activities at home and work. The resulting anxiety leads to avoidance of tasks, compromises their ability to secure and maintain employment, and ultimately diminishes their quality of life. Tragically, this vicious cycle of heart weakness, limited opportunities, and declining well-being can even lead to premature deaths.

Cardiac Rehab Foundation Aims at Strengthening the hearts by the Comprehensive Cardiac Rehab program.
Through Physician Supervision, heart failure patients get Custom tailored personalized cardiac rehab programs aimed at improving the strengthen of the hearts and managing the cardiac risk factors.
The program help the patients in regaining their independence, overcome anxiety and thrive in their daily lives . Cardiac Rehab improves the stamina to an extent of evening running Marathons.
By breaking the cycle of heart weakness and enhancing their functionality and employability. We have the potential to save lives of patients with heart failure and create a brighter future and prevent premature death
