Dear Well Wishers

We began our journey with a simple belief —

 A pencil can spark a dream. A notebook can shape the future.

Through our Stationery Donation Campaign, we’ve already reached 250 underprivileged children. But as we dug deeper into their lives, we uncovered layers of need we didn’t anticipate.

In a city like Mumbai, it’s not uncommon to see children selling flowers at traffic signals or moving between crowded train compartments offering pens, keychains, and toys—children robbed of their childhood far too early. These are children who should be sitting in classrooms, learning, laughing, and dreaming—not struggling to survive.

Today, we are working to help 300 such children — young lives from some of the harshest realities — who have finally been given a rare chance to build a better future.

Recently, our team visited one such school Shivaji Rao Shengde School in the slums of Mankhurd, Mumbai — a school that has courageously opened its doors to these children.

What we saw shook us deeply. 

This is not just a school; it is a fragile Sanctuary of Hope tucked away in one of Mumbai's most forgotten corners.

 Despite the passion of its teachers and the resilience of its students, the school itself struggles under the weight of its own challenges.

The Ground Reality:

• Benches are broken; many children sit on worn-out wooden planks.

• Ceiling fans barely work in the sweltering heat.

• There is No safe drinking water facility.

• No separate washrooms for girls and boys — silently pushing young girls out of education.

• Torn bags, cracked blackboards, no uniforms, and no shoes— basic dignity is missing.

• During the monsoon, students arrive drenched without umbrellas or raincoats, still eager to learn.

• A computer lab lies idle — no working computers, no cooling.

• Teachers lack basic desks

• The school building is crumbling, its walls faded and cracked.

What the School Urgently Needs

Total Estimated Cost: ₹42,10,000 

Each contribution is more than an item — it s a lifeline. 

• Each bench means no child sits on a broken wooden plank.

• Each fan means children can learn without suffocating heat.

• Each raincoat means children stay dry, attend class, and stay healthy.

• Each computer means a child’s window to a whole new world.

This is Our Chance. This is Their Future. 

These 300 children have fought just to be able to sit inside a classroom.

 Now, it is up to us to ensure that the doors they walked through don’t close behind them
