The sight of an elderly homeless person eating from a garbage dump jolted young Amit to the core. He and his friends started distributing food packets to the homeless elderly, disabled, and destitute. Amit, while distributing food packets, heard endless stories of how the homeless are abused and exploited on the streets. Over the years Amit built a shelter home to bring vulnerable street dwellers to safety.
In the last couple of years, Amit and his NGO Feel Parmartham Foundation have been able to rescue and rehabilitate scores of homeless people. However, this crucial work is dependent on public donations. Your contribution to this cause can ensure the end of abuse and starvation for countless mothers, elders, and people with disability who have no place to call home. Donate generously!

Need of the hour
The young NGO founder is committed to the rescue and rehabilitation of homeless people, with a focus on vulnerable groups like the mentally ill, elderly and women.
Life on the streets, particularly for women, is nothing short of a nightmare. Predators and abusers remain constantly on the lookout for vulnerable homeless women to prey on. Feel Parmartham Foundation works to reach distressed homeless women as soon as they can to rescue them. But, the NGO, with mounting costs of rescue, shelter and medication is struggling to keep its work going.

Building a brighter tomorrow
Feel Parmartham also focuses on reuniting individuals with family, providing medical care, nutrition, skill development, and basic daily care for those unable to help themselves.
The NGO strives to alleviate the suffering of individuals left to die on the streets. With your help, Amit and Feel Parmartham can extend its reach which could lead to a wider impact and bring about a larger change across the country.

Basanti's story ought to inspire us all.
She was found with nothing but a packet of biscuits and a bottle of dirty water in front of a biscuit shop. She had mental health issues and had difficulty communicating her needs to people around her. Despite her miserable circumstances, Basanti's spirit remained unbroken.
It was found that Basanti's family was aware of her condition but refused to accept her because of her mental condition. Their rejection was deeply upsetting to her but still she persevered. Despite her missing their company, she kept her brilliant smile.
After getting rehabilitated at our shelter home, she found her place. Now surrounded by a community that not just tolerates her but loves her, she is always smiling and has truly escaped her past life.
There are an uncountable number of girls like Basanti who live in unimaginable conditions all over India. We need your help to take care of them and prevent their exploitation. Join us in our task and donate now.
