Help Build A World Class Skill Center For Youth By Making A Donation To Empower The Next Generation

Sun Charitable Trust main aim to provide Self Employment and Job Opportunities by giving Free Skill Development Training to (10000) Ten Thousand Unemployed Youth every year.

We are pleased to introduce Sun Charitable Trust a not for profit trust with a strong motto of “Serving together for a better future”. We are focussed in terms of identifying the problem areas and address them with right solution. We learned that millions of youth are hitting Job market every year but very few are meeting the expectations of employers.

The very reason is that the youth are lacking skills which are required by the Industry and which are not thought to them during their regular education. We are identifying the potential employers, their expectations from the employees and nurturing the trainees/potential job seekers through our blended training model (Classroom Training, Extensive Practical and on job Training) which will help the job seeker to gain all round development.

Our trust has helped many such youths through various programmes with own funds or sponsored by a few donors but the requirement for similar activities are very high and our existing facilities are not sufficient to fulfil the gaps between opportunities vs trained/skilled manpower.

Covid-19 has affected many youngsters' education and employment. Most of the families are badly hit due to loss in jobs, paycuts and loss of business. Even our Training Centres are not in operational due to the conditions imposed. Now, the training are back to an operational state and requirements from potential employers are also back on track. 

We are now focussed to initiate all the trainings in Technical and Non-Technical skills which are in high demand. We are in the process of mobilizing the unemployed youth belongs to BPL Families for training and placement. Along with training, we are offering the lodging and boarding facilities for all the trainees during their training period. We are committed to training and developing individuals to a high level of skill in their respective areas. Youth trained in skills and hands-on technological solutions are confident enough to address critical human needs.

Sun charitable Trust is planning to train yearly 10,000 candidates free of cost under programs designed to meet the needs of the hour for instance candidates were trained in healthcare programs during covid and soon. We are also providing employment opportunities to several desirable candidates in the hope to make our nation a better place because when youth are consistent and determined not only society but also a country prospers. when this power of skill and technology collaborates with your power of generosity, it intensifies our service to humanity.

The activity which is undertaken by Sun Charitable trust is not possible with the existing resources, Hence, we are planning to establish a Center of Excellence which is possible to support our organization through any Donations The fund will be utilized  to buy land, construct buildings, arrange infrastructure and equipment, teaching personnel, maintain finances, etc,
