Concern India Foundation is a 30 year old registered non-profit, public charitable trust that extends financial and non-financial support to grassroots NGOs working in the areas of education, health and community development. Our policy of identification, monitoring and evaluation is our key strength. Each of our offices has a team of Social Work Professionals who identify the NGOs for support and help them strengthen their systems. Every programme is monitored and evaluated periodically to ensure that the funds extended to them are being used as per plan.Our initiatives have helped bring about a direct positive change in the lives of children, youth, women, the differently-abled (children, youth, adults), the aged, farmers, rural communities from marginalised sections of society in Maharashtra, Karnataka, Delhi, West Bengal, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. Our work has helped prevent child labour and child marriages, created permanent solutions for water supply &amp; water conservation, improved quality of life, increased income, encouraged sustainable use of renewable energy, increased employability and supported the promotion of quality education &amp; infrastructure support to the underprivileged. In 2020 ,Concern took the lead and dived into COVID 19 relief work in Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, Bangalore,Kerala, Telangana by:1. Supporting hospitals and health workers by supplying health kits and other necessary items .2.Strengthening he ICU's of hospitals, setting up COVID centers, making provision through various donors for emergency equipments like Ventilators, Monitors, X ray &amp;CR machines3. Supporting the police force by providing personal protection equipment like sanitizers and disposable gloves. 4. Providing dry rations to the unorganised sector in various communities and villages, including migrant labourers, transgenders.5.Supporting Farmers
