Vihaan, registered as Waste Management Society has been working at the grassroots level in anti-human trafficking since 2012, with the aim of making all forms of human trafficking and commercial exploitation a rarity. We support women, men and children who are victims of trafficking and exploitation including bonded/child labour, commercial sex work, child marriage and domestic servitude.<blockquote>Our Vision:</blockquote><blockquote>To make all forms of human trafficking a rarity by saving lives and breaking the cycle of crime.</blockquote>Our Objectives: <ul><li>Preventing trafficking in 'at-risk' vulnerable communities</li><li>Dismantling and disrupting criminal networks</li><li>Rebuilding lives and reducing risk for survivors</li><li>Being the leading voice on anti-human trafficking</li><li>Strengthening institutional capacity for evidence-based outcomes</li><li>Achieving organisational excellence and sustainable resources</li></ul>Human Trafficking is the recruitment, transfer or obtaining of an individual through coercion, abduction, fraud or force to exploit them for a profit.
