I never imagined I would have to write something like this, but life can change in an instant. My very close friend’s father—a kind, loving man—has suffered a severe brain stroke and is now fighting for his life in the ICU. His condition is extremely critical. He is on a ventilator, unable to breathe on his own, and completely dependent on life support. His heart is still beating, but his brain remains unresponsive.

We are doing everything we can to save him, but the medical costs are overwhelming. We have already exhausted all our savings on his ICU and ventilator care, and yet, the fight is far from over. But how can we give up when he is still here, still holding on? I refuse to stand by helplessly while he fights for his life.
