Help leprosy patients to live a life of dignity

My name is Subhasis De, 55 years. By profession, I am a Chartered Accountant and a Cost Accountant presently working for a large corporate house based out of Kolkata, West Bengal, India.

I am a member of Prabhat Alloi Foundation located at a tribal village called Dabar in the district of Purulia, West Bengal, India which, amongst many other social works, takes care of the poor elders of a leprosy village called 'Nabakusthashram' loacted at the outskirts of Dabar, a tribal village in Purulia district of West Bengal, India.

The living conditions of hutments where these elders stay is beyond words and they are in desperate need of repairs/ reconstruction. Every rainy season brings with it worries of giving away the hutments. Prabhat Alloi Foundation sustains it’s activities solely out of donations received from generous kind hearted people/ organisations, does not have the required funds to get these hutments in living condition. On behalf of Prabhat Alloi Foundation I am raising funds for repair/ reconstrction of the hutments of the poor elders at Nabakusthashram.
