Story
My name is Prem Kumar Yadav. I am 22 years old and currently living alone in Garden Reach, Kolkata, far away from my family in Ballia, Uttar Pradesh.
I am suffering from Chronic Kidney Disease, severe urinary complications, and have also been diagnosed with Hepatitis B. My condition forces me to do CIC (Catheterization) every 3 hours. I live with constant pain, sleepless nights, and physical weakness. Due to my health, I am unable to work or even move around without support.
I have applied for a UDID Disability Card but the process is slow. I have no source of income and am surviving only with borrowed help. I can’t afford tests, medicines, or basic treatment.
Despite the unbearable pain and struggles, I want to live with dignity, get the proper medical help, and also inspire others by sharing my story one day.
Please help me with whatever you can. Your small contribution can give me a big chance to survive.
