Help Raise 20 Bedridden Individuals in Sreenarayanapuram

We are launching the 3rd edition of our flagship programme Uyaram Kaythumbil (Raising on fingertips) after successfully distributing 40 CI CARE Backrests. In this edition help transform the lives of 20 bedridden individuals in Sreenarayanapuram Panchayath, Thrissur, Kerala by donating 20 CI Care Backrests. These individuals include elderly bedridden patients, stroke survivors, and people with spinal injuries, hemiplegia, cerebral palsy, and other severe mobility challenges. We are partnering with SN Puram Grama Panchayath to implement this programme.

The CI Care Backrest, a self-operated backrest, enables individuals to sit up independently, reducing physical strain on caregivers. With the support of VOSAP and Aid Kriya, we have already secured a 60% subsidy for each backrest. Now, we only need ₹3,500 per backrest to make this essential aid available to each of the 20 financially struggling individuals.
