Hi, I'm Thilip. Growing up in Trichy, I was fortunate to receive a quality education at Kamala Niketan Montessori School, Trichy, which laid a strong foundation for my future. As a college student, I began volunteering, working closely with underprivileged children, and seeing their struggles firsthand deeply impacted me. It sparked a passion for education and a desire to give back.

Today, I'm part of Bhumi, a non-profit that shares my vision. I work with the Bhumi Fellowship team, mentoring fellows to help them become change leaders. The program is mentoring 92 dedicated young fellows who are transforming the learning environment in over 50 government/government aided/low income private schools across Chennai, Coimbatore, and Trichy. Together, we’re improving school infrastructure, enhancing Math and English skills, training teachers, nurturing a strong school and staff culture, introducing extracurricular activities, and engaging parents and communities.
