21-year-old Sima Mali from remote Assam (identity verified and attached her Aadhar Card with consent) came to us with an urgent appeal. Sima’s father works as a farmer (verified) now earns less than INR 4,000, that too not in every month. Sima and her father made an urgent appeal to us to raise funds for her job training and a subsequent corporate job that will provide the family with a respectable steady income and avoid complete economic ruin.
Sima Mali was forced to leave education after her 12th boards (verified). She will be given a brief employability course worth INR 30,000 which will get her employed following the training. Sima appealed for an emergency fundraiser to help fund her training for three months, after which she will be placed at a corporate company.
Using the raised funds, Anudip will help prepare Sima with technical job training and put her in a subsequent stable employment. Help Sima with only INR 30,000 to fund her technical training, which can help her family receive a stable income with respect. As part of our compliance, we will share Sima’s complete progress of her training and placement with transparency.
