Help to build a Resource Centre Prayas-Sevankur Bhavan for 2,000+ volunteers

We run a number of awareness programmes and skill development training sessions for young volunteers to help them grow holistically and learn skills that will hopefully lead to respectable employment.

For Prayas to provide this level of educational care, we need a centre where training can be conducted and over 2,000 young volunteers have a platform on which they can voice their opinions. Our organisation has purchased 7,800 sq. feet of land for this but we are desperately in need of funds to construct the building to house all these students.

The Youth Motivation & Resource Centre will provide a space for Sevankur, our programme to train young persons, as well as to teach volunteers how to conduct awareness sessions.

Sevankur focuses on giving underprivileged students guidance, while teaching them leadership skills and providing vocational training, so they have a better chance at self-reliance.

Once our Youth Motivation & Resource Centre is successfully built, Sevankur will be up and running and ready to change the lives for over 2,000 volunteers.

Rs. 6,750 will help us set up a centre where we can begin creating a socially aware society among the disadvantaged.
