At AADARANA, we believe that education is not just a right—it is the most powerful tool to break the cycle of poverty. Based in Hyderabad, Aadarana is a loving home and support system for children who are orphaned, destitute, or from extremely poor backgrounds.

We serve two vulnerable groups of children:

1. Orphaned and destitute children who have no parental care or guidance. Without intervention, many of them risk falling into crime, child labor, or homelessness.
2. Children from impoverished families, where parents often work as daily wage laborers and education is considered a luxury. Girls are often married off early, and boys drop out of school to earn a living.

Our Impact:

• We run two Children’s Homes (one for boys and one for girls) and a separate kitchen and dining facility in Hyderabad. Currently, 300 children live under our full-time care. They receive food, shelter, healthcare, education, and emotional support in a safe, nurturing environment.
• For children from low-income families, we collaborate with donors and corporates to sponsor their education. We are currently supporting around 200 such day scholars.

Our support has transformed lives. None of our children feel they are alone. Without Aadarana’s intervention, many girls would have become child brides and many boys would have grown into landless laborers. Today, several of our children are studying at different colleges. They now have a chance to dream—and achieve.
