Though capable, visually challenged children are left at the mercy of scribe for writing their exams. This dependency doesn’t bring out the originality of the students when compared to the normal students. There is a high probability of the scribe to be excellent or under perform.

Each student is provided with a laptop. Jaws software (screen reading) is loaded. This gives audio output whatever is typed out and shown on the monitor. This enables the students to know what they are typing. After few months of practice, they become experts and gain speed and write the final examinations on laptops along with normal students. once the exam paper is given, same is scanned and fed to the laptop. Students scroll the questions and start typing of their choice. After the required the time, printout is taken and attached to the main paper. 30 min extra time is given for scanning and printing. Food, education, accommodation, clothing and basic medical treatment is provided free of cost of reach student

About 500 students have passed out with flying colors since 2007. Most of the students go for under graduation with the laptop method which is available in the college (Netra Vidyalaya degree college). Every year excellent results are achieved with 95-100% pass rate. These students are preferred because of their operating skills of computer. many of them are absorbed in banks, private sector and govt offices. Few of them got placement as PO's in the bank. Help them achieve their dream.
