We are an NGO, registered in 2011 at Barh, Patna District, Bihar, working extensively in Bihar, Pune and Hyderabad towards empowering women, children, and community development. Our Mission is to improve the quality of lives of impoverished communities across Bihar, Telangana, and Maharastra benefiting children, women, sex workers, HIV infected sex workers, transgenders and rural populations by providing quality & timely inputs on education, skill development, awareness, health & nutrition and counselling. We aim to build an ecosystem of sustainable development and increase economic development within the communities that we are associated with.

As is rightly said, "It takes a community to raise a child". 

Our Manosakha Project strives to make a significant impact in Pune by reducing school dropout rates and child labor. After thoroughly addressing the root causes, we provide educational support enhancing children's skills in Marathi, Math and English and making learning accessible and engaging. Life skill sessions foster confidence and resilience, while art and craft activities offer creative outlets that keep children engaged. Regular parent-teacher meetings ensure parents stay involved in their child's education thus strengthening the home-school connection.
