For the past many years, our gaushala has been a shelter of hope for more than 300 abandoned and rescued cows in Jalgaon, Maharashtra. Each one of them has a story of pain… a story of being left alone with no food, no water, no place to rest… until they found safety with us.

Some of these cows were injured on the roadside, some were left behind when they became old, and some were rescued from extremely difficult situations. When they arrived, their eyes reflected fear, hunger, and helplessness. Today, they look at us with trust — because they know we will not give up on them.

But caring for 300 cows every single day is a huge responsibility.

Each cow needs around ₹5,000 every month for food, fodder, medical care, and shelter maintenance.

The total cost becomes very high, and our small team is struggling to manage it alone.

We don’t want any cow to sleep hungry or suffer without proper shelter.

We don’t want to refuse help to any cow in need because of lack of funds.

And we certainly don’t want to see these innocent lives in danger again.
