Saniya is Struggling to Retain in Education – Looking for Support

Saniya is a determined young girl from Purkazi, Muzaffarnagar. She comes from a financially struggling household with parents facing health challenges, which made Saniya's education seem impossible. However, despite these challenges, she began tutoring neighbourhood children to stay connected to learning, though her heart ached whenever she saw girls in school uniforms.

Saniya and her mother approached Rani, co-founder of Panth Foundation, to seek support. Though registration deadlines had passed, Panth Foundation helped enrol Saniya through a private program under the UP Board in August 2024. Throughout this journey, Saniya's parents showed extraordinary commitment. Despite his fragile health and observing Roza, her father cycled 20 kilometres daily to ensure she reached her exam centre.

This culminated in her recent success in the Class 10th UP Board exam with First Division. A milestone representing far more than academic achievement, a beacon of hope for countless young girls. This success inspired Panth to establish a remedial coaching centre for girls unable to attend regular schools. Saniya's achievement brought joy to her family and stands as testimony that with support and determination, even distant dreams can become reality. Her story is inspiring countless other dropout girls to return to education and reclaim their futures.

However, Saniya returned to Rani with tears, she admitted, "I didn't want to trouble you again, but I have no other way to continue my education. "Rani reassured her again, "Don't worry. We will find a solution together.”

Panth Foundation is looking for your support to support 50 girls like Saniya this year. We need a total of Rs.300,000 to pay their fees, books, counselling, and remedial support. Your small contribution can change their life. Your contribution will help cover:
