OUR STORY

Set up in 2007 with 10 young women, Katalyst now has chapters in Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Delhi.

Katalyst is an initiative of Third Sector Partners, India’s leading executive search firm focused on socially relevant organisations. It's parent entity is Human Capital for Third Sector (HCTS).

AN IMPACTFUL JOURNEY

Monali Phadatare is an Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Officer, Government of India. The first woman engineer of her generation from her village and the daughter of a farmer.  She proudly states, “I owe all that I am today to Katalyst”. 

Priyanka Dake is Katalyst’s entrepreneur who started her career with Larsen & Turbo Ltd. and then pursued higher education to enhance her skills. Daughter of a Nursery teacher (single parent), she morphed into an entrepreneur, providing employment to others and is an inspiration for our other students.
