From Struggle to Strength | Stories of Power & Possibilities
Some dreams are born with struggle.
At just 14–15 years old, Saraswati took responsibility for her education by working at a clothing shop to pay her school fees and buy notebooks.
Gayatri silently took over household responsibilities when everyone had to work as daily laborers—and after watching her father die without medical treatment, she dreams of becoming a nurse to serve others.
Komal endured humiliation from moneylenders while helping her father repay an education loan, and now aspires to become a translator so she can support him with dignity.
Pavitra sells vegetables in the colony alongside her brother so she can continue her education.
These are not stories of sympathy.
These are stories of courage, determination, and choice.
In the face of poverty, inequality, and social neglect, these girls have chosen education. They have chosen hope. They have chosen to move forward—against all odds.
