At just 8 years old, Alwar was struck by polio, leaving him with limited mobility. He completed his education, but every job opportunity ended in rejection—not for lack of skills, but because of his disability.

That changed when he joined TRRAIN’s Pankh Program.

After 45 days of focused training, Alwar was placed in a retail job at a supermarket. With his first salary, he proudly bought clothes for his parents and sisters—a moment of dignity and joy for the whole family. Today, Alwar stands tall as a contributing member of his community.
