It is so awful that the number of medical complications—people collapsing, dying, and so on—is rising at an alarming rate in tandem with the usage of social media. Social media is getting increasingly popular, but health-related accidents are also becoming more common. Videos of individuals falling, suffering heart attacks, and committing suicide in parks, gyms, events, and nearly anywhere else are increasingly the norm on various social media sites.

Dushyant, Samiksha and Luvkesh find unbearable, as the act is against the way they were brought up, so they came up with a solution by developing an application where individuals with first aid training and medical assist/healthcare professionals could offer basic guidance over the phone while ambulances were on their way!. When an emergency occurs and an ambulance arrives, there is a critical period of time during which the patient must be treated. Bystanders can use the FAR app to connect with a qualified medical practitioner. This specialist can then walk a bystander through the first aid process, perhaps saving the patient's life. In any medical emergency, the assistance provided to patients during the initial few seconds of the occurrence affects whether or not they will survive.
