At Ace School, we believe that true learning goes beyond textbooks. Real education happens when a child learns from every aspect of life. That’s why, along with academics, we give children opportunities in art, sports, dance, music, and other activities.

But we also know—transforming a school isn’t easy. That’s where our program brings in the School Transformation Catalyst (STC).

What does an STC do?

Imagine a guide who is always present in the school—not just pointing out problems, but working hand in hand with the Principal and teachers to solve them.

If children are struggling in studies,

If there’s a shortage of teachers,

If books or resources are missing,

If art and sports activities are not happening

👉 The STC steps in to find solutions and strategies.

Empowering Principals and Teachers

Our vision is not just to fix problems temporarily, but to empower school leaders and teachers to solve them on their own.

We train them in fundraising so they can gather resources independently.

We connect them with NGOs and partners to bring extra support whenever needed.

Together, the STC helps build a school that is strong, sustainable, and self-reliant.
