My Name Is RAJKUMAR GULAB SINGH And I live in A Village In North India and I am 46 years Old. I'm Driving Autorickshaw for living me and my family and education of My children's. And belongs A poor family Background. From last one years I have Voice change problem I got treatment from government hospital and dr says now its ok but in June 2025 I got Diagnosis of neck cancer I was shocked and feeling so harash because I m not consumed alcohol or tobacco in My life , some funds in my account so I was taking treatment some reletives help me . But at this time I have no funds for further treatment .my children's tuition fee and school fee is stopped and riksha IMI also bank sending agents for recovery I am frustrated and Thinking to End my life but worry about MY family and My children's education. I'm not able to survive so please help me For treatment doctar Says your condition is not better.............😓😓😓
