• Evaluation and Certification: After completing the training, workers are evaluated, certified, and empowered to seek better employment opportunities.
• Job Assistance and Placements: We offer support in securing jobs, working closely with industry partners to provide placement opportunities.
• Language Training: Recognizing the importance of local language skills, we provide language training to help workers integrate better into their communities and workplaces.
• Livelihood Creation: Our goal is not only to provide jobs but also to create sustainable livelihoods for workers and their families, enabling long-term financial stability.
• Access to Government Schemes and Social Security: Recognizing the need for long-term security, PATH PARTNER helps workers access relevant government schemes and social benefits, such as health insurance, pension plans, and family welfare programs. By facilitating access to these resources, we are helping gig workers build a safety net for themselves and their families.
• Social Upliftment for Workers and Their Families: Beyond economic gain, PATH PARTNER strives to uplift participants’ social status, promoting dignity and respect within their communities. We work to ensure that their families benefit from this program, fostering stability, educational opportunities for their children, and improved quality of life.
