INCOMELESS SINGLE MOTHER IS APPEALING FOR ONLY INR 30,000: URGENT LIVELIHOOD APPEAL

20-year-old Himasri Choudhury (Pictured below her Voter ID card and images, uploaded with consent) lives in a one-room shanty house in an urban slum in Kamrup, Assam. She was single-handedly brought up by her mother. They survived on little or no income generated from construction works, farm labours, and wages from working in brick kilns.

Himasri informed our task force that she has completed her Higher Secondary Examination (mark sheet verified with consent) and in search of a stable job to bring back the income flow in the family. With this emergency appeal, Himasri’s mother appealed to us to help her fund her daughter’s technical job training for three months followed by a stable employment.

With the funds raised, Anudip will equip Himasri with advanced technical job training followed by livelihood during these trying times. Help this income-less family only INR 30,000 (one-time) to fund the girls’s job training. Anudip following its core ethics would share Himasri’s complete progress with transparency and directly video call with Himasri post her course and job placement to help the donors know her trajectory.
