Universe Simplified

I am supporting fundraising campaign for 100 students for Universe Simplified Foundation's (USF) cause in making inquiry driven STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) Education accessible for under-resourced rural schools of Kalyan-Murbad region in Maharashtra and provide platform for them to choose the life they deserve. Per student cost is 6000 INR annually and USF is working with 1900+ students this year. Listen to Ms. Henna Khan, our founder and CEO on USF's vision on re-imagining education and moving away from rote to hands on project based learning: click here.To know more, read Karan's journey with us and how it shaped his curiosity and life ahead - click here. Our goal is to support these students to set their foundation during the younger years of their life which further gives them a way to embark on the career they would like to pursue and feel ready to meet life with the problem-solving mindset in future.Make a difference by donating today!

Universe Simplified Foundation is a Mumbai based non - profit, which sets up low-cost, portable Innovation Hubs in under-resourced Government schools to ensure students receive equal opportunities for inquiry-driven STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths) at par with elite schools in India. We focus on developing STEM technical skills and 21st century skills such as Critical Thinking, Creative Thinking and Collaboration in the context of real life problem solving. Some of the projects made by children from our innovation hubs are a low-cost wheelchair from PVC pipes, cycle tires, a manual washing machine, a safety alarm system for women, an earthquake detector, and a stick for blind people that vibrates on detecting an obstacle.

Donations through Give Foundation, registered under section 80G of India's Income Tax Act, 1961 are tax-deductible.
