Story

Shri Rohit Sharma Charitable Trust is a registered, non-political, and non-profit social organization based in Kota, Rajasthan, established on 18th September 2023 by the Trust’s President, Shri Rohit Sharma.

The Trust aims to support the most underserved communities — especially orphaned children, underprivileged students, young girls, and women who are left behind due to lack of access and resources.

Our flagship initiative, "Udaan", is dedicated to these individuals. Through this, we are working towards providing education, digital literacy, skill development, and motivational programs that empower and uplift.

Our mission is — “To connect the underprivileged with the mainstream through education, opportunity, and empowerment.”

Shri Rohit Sharma Charitable Trust is working towards launching programs in various regions of Rajasthan, including free tuition classes, distribution of books and stationery, digital learning support, and motivational sessions for girls.

We are making efforts to provide digital and skill training to women so that they can become economically independent and live a life of dignity.

Shri Rohit Sharma Charitable Trust is certified under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, which means that every donation you make is eligible for 50% tax exemption.

Your small contribution can create a big impact:

  • ₹500 – Books for one child for a month
  • ₹1000 – Digital skill training for one girl
  • ₹2500 – School fees for an orphaned child
  • ₹5000 – Digital empowerment program for one woman

We would like to clarify that Shri Rohit Sharma Charitable Trust will only be able to support orphan children in genuine need, and only if sufficient funds are available. We kindly request individuals not to seek assistance for non-critical or personal reasons, so that we can focus our limited resources on those who need it the most.

The journey of Shri Rohit Sharma Charitable Trust is only possible through the support of our donors. We are taking small steps forward — and with your support, we hope to build a meaningful social impact.

We invite you to support our mission via GiveIndia, India’s leading platform for trusted NGOs.

Let’s come together to help someone’s “Udaan” (flight) take off.
