Kidney problems are turning fatal for my brother!

I am Raish and I am here to raise funds for my brother Jitendra who is suffering from kidney failure. Please help me save my brother.

His life was shattered when he was informed that he has kidney failure. His painful journey started unknowingly with mild symptoms. His urinal output decreased leading to discomfort. His stomach pains got unbearable. Acid reflexes gave him burning sensations. He had a fever and nausea. The local doctors could not detect the issues.

Before no time his kidney had been damaged and later cycles of dialysis haunted him thereafter. His kidneys have failed. He has difficulty in breathing.

The relationship a sibling share is really special. Growing up together, we had unforgettable moments. Today, he is in pain. I need to help him in this tough time.

My brother needs proper medical observation and a kidney transplant worth Rs.350,00,000/-. Being from a humble background we have already managed to spend 35 lakhs.
