#LeadHerForward: Empowering Young Women to Lead and Thrive | Aasmaan Initiative

🔹 Did You Know?

Across India, millions of young women face barriers to education and employment due to financial constraints, societal expectations, and lack of guidance. 82 million young women remain without access to learning or job opportunities, leaving their potential untapped.

💡 But when young women receive the right support, mentorship, and opportunities, they don’t just succeed—they become leaders who uplift their communities.

🔹 The Aasmaan Initiative: #LeadHerForward

Recognizing this urgent need, Bright Future’s Aasmaan initiative launched #LeadHerForward—a movement to equip young women with leadership, career, and life skills, empowering them to take charge of their futures with confidence.
