Story

In Bihar, every festival is about sharing - sweets, songs, and smiles.

This New Year, the children of Bihar are sharing something even more precious with you: their dreams.

Even today, 1 in 4 children in Bihar drop out of school before Grade 8 - the second highest in the country. Every day spent without addressing this challenge pushes more children into child marriage, migration, or daily wage work.

How do we solve this?

Bihar needs more than just improved learning outcomes; we need a new wave—that of ownership, leadership and innovation. At Involve, we believe that children are not just students, but given the right opportunities, they emerge as changemakers in their classrooms and communities. Our Peer Teaching program and Jigyasa se Badlaav programs are steps in this direction, ensuring no child is left behind in learning.

In Banka & Bhagalpur districts of Bihar, we’ve reached ~ 8 lakh children through our government partnerships. The results are inspiring:

✔️ Improvement in foundational literacy and numeracy

✔️ 80% of student leaders report higher confidence and problem-solving skills

✔️ Increased attendance and joy in learning

✔️ Classrooms transformed into spaces of collaboration, not competition

The Bihar Dream

Bihar needs more than just support - it needs people who believe in its children, people who will stand behind them as they lead the way forward.

This New Year, your support can ensure that every child in Bihar has the chance not just to stay in school, but to thrive as a leader and changemaker. Together, let’s nurture the next wave of innovators, problem-solvers, and dreamers who will transform Bihar.

How Does Your Support Help?

Your contribution will:

🌟 Ensure every child gets opportunities to lead and learn in their schools.

🌟 Provide learning materials and training so children can innovate even in schools without labs or resources.

🌟 Enable community-driven solutions that prevent dropouts and keep children safe from early marriage or labor.
