Story
I turned 33 yesterday. Upon reflection, I realised that everything I have today is because of the educational opportunities I got. I came from an upper-caste background so it was relatively easier to build upon the socio-economic capital I received. I am grateful for this lucky draw.
I want to express my gratitude by raising funds for - Eklavya India Foundation. The organisation works to provide global education to students from marginalised backgrounds in India. This small funding will help a few students conduct their English language tests. I have worked with some of Eklavya's mentees and know how hard they work. Hopefully, this funding makes their lives a tiny bit easier. I also personally know one of the founders and can vouch for their credibility.
I will add Rs. 1 for every Rs. 1 raised.
