Help 300 Rural Children Discover the Joy of Learning Through Five UDAAN Learning Spaces

Diwali is a festival of light, hope and new beginnings. Every year, we celebrate by lighting our homes, sharing gifts and bringing happiness to our loved ones.

But this Diwali, we invite you to share something more meaningful – the gift of learning with 300 children who deserve greater opportunities to explore, imagine and grow.

In rural communities of Jaora Block, Ratlam district, many children have limited access to storybooks, educational resources and opportunities for joyful learning.

For children from families affected by seasonal migration, the challenges are even greater. When parents migrate in search of work, children's education and daily routines can be disrupted. Staying connected with school and maintaining an interest in learning can become difficult.

At the same time, children are increasingly surrounded by mobile screens, while opportunities to read, create, experiment and discover remain limited.

We believe that a school should be more than a place for textbooks and examinations. It should be a place where children discover new ideas, develop curiosity, enjoy reading and feel excited to come back every day.

Our Initiative: UDAAN – Learning & Discovery Spaces

This Diwali, Maruti Shiksha Evam Samaj Kalyan Samiti (MASSIK) aims to create engaging learning spaces in five government schools across five villages of Jaora Block, Ratlam district, Madhya Pradesh.

The initiative will benefit 300 children studying in Classes 1 to 8.

Our five schools are located in:

• Batwadiya
• Mindali
• Kitukhedi
• Bandwa
• Hatpipliya

We aim to raise ₹1,00,000 to provide children with access to books, educational resources and creative learning materials.

What Will Your Contribution Support?

Storybooks, picture books and educational reading materials to encourage children to read, imagine and develop a lasting interest in books.

Mathematics and science kits that allow children to learn through activities, experiments and hands-on experiences.

• Creative teaching-learning materials
