Story

The Mazi Sainik Shikshan ani SwasthaKalyan Sanstha [MSSASKS] is a charitable Trust. It has been established by ex-servicemen. In 2004 an educational project was conceived. It was named as “Daffodils”. The idea of imparting better education and health facility to the local community was executed vide 2 mission led by Mazi Sainik:- (1) Mission Education (2) Mission Health

In Daffodils English Medium Charitable school total 95 boys and 83 girls are studying.

Their Tuition fees Rs.1200 per month and Rs.1200/- for Bus Transport on a sliding scale depending upon distance from the school is the basic requirement per student. 

The teachers’ salary of Daffodils school is approximately Rs.1,00,000/-.

Non Teaching staff Salary is Rs.30,000/-.      

Diesel expenses of Bus is 50,000/- per month.       

In this pandemic situation parents are not able to pay their School and tuition fees. Many parents have lost their job. Some parents' occupation is Agriculture and their economic condition is very poor.

All the teachers and staff of tis school did not get salary from March 2020 to December 2020. 

If the school get any financial help then the school will do more better for these students. 

1.   To Impact English Medium education to the underprivileged children from Tribal, Economically weaker section of the society from the surroundings of 26 villages within a span of 25 kilometers of the school.

2.    It aims to ensure equal opportunities to all children in a friendly and caring environment.

3.   To ensure that the students develop their academic skills, our school has taken different initiatives throughout the year.

4.   ‘A healthy mind resides in a healthy body’. Daffodils has always taken that extra step to make the students believe in that. The sports department organized a series of Inter House indoors and outdoors tournaments for the games of chess, football and cricket throughout the year. 

Pratiksha Hilal and Sankalp Gaikwad have won the district level chess competition in the whole Raigad District of Maharashtra in the year 2019-20. 

In Daffodils English Medium Charitable school total 95 boys and 83 girls are studying. They are very talented and some are good in sports. They won the certificate of State level competition also. Our school wants to help these children in all the ways. We want to provide all the facilities to these students.

We wish all our students will take proper education and become successful in their life.
