The proposed project seeks to deliver sustainable primary healthcare services to disadvantaged elderly populations (aged 60+) in underserved urban slums and rural villages across two Districts of Andhra Pradesh (India). The project will provide accessible medical care, health education, and preventive services to at least 5,000 elders and 10,000 consultations annually, addressing chronic conditions like hypertension, diabetes, and arthritis.
