Mukti – The Kids Foundation (Mukti) is a non-governmental public charitable trust. MUKTI is originated with a noble thought of helping children mainly in the educational field through the play-way method. Two friends Nirali and Mihir are the founder trustees of MUKTI and devoting their time, money, energy, and knowledge to achieve its Mission. The Trust is working with underprivileged, marginalized, and poor children majorly on overall development and intending to impart life skills to urban and rural children. MUKTI enrich the idea to bring sustainable change in the lives of underprivileged communities by focusing on

MUKTI is registered with the office of The Public Charitable Trust, Gujarat and the Income Tax Authorities for an exemption to the Trust u/s 12AA and exemption to donors u/s. 80G (5) of the Income Tax Act.

At Mukti, we carry out activity bases learning through play way method for kids between the age of 5 to 15. We visit various ashram shala (Residential schools) in the interior villages away from metro city. The kids in such ashram shala are underprivileged and schools are less resourced. We spend weekends with kids. We do indoor and outdoor activities, through which they learn basic qualities necessary for overall development like memory, concentration, team work, discipline, listening, observation, reading, writing and speaking basic English, some life skills, some adventurous activities, life-saving skill etc. We do this voluntarily and free of cost to kids as well as schools. We incur expenses on study material, activity material, transportation, food, staying and other related expenses. This is our ongoing activities for school and village kids. Apart from this, we do charity work like medical health check up, distribution of clothes, etc. We need regular income to meet our recurring expenses on above activities. Therefore, we need to build up a corpus of around 150 lakh. Our recurring expenditure is on account of teaching personnel, lodging and boarding, transportation, educational and activities material, center maintenance etc. We wish to have an activity center called Mukti Activity Center, where kids can come, stay for available time and learn or practice life skill, art, occupational skill, academic, non-academic study and extra activities developing his/her skills in a particular field and grow himself in to a responsible citizen and a kind human being.

Nirali Dave, born on 26th February 1981 is an educationist and worked as a teacher with various primary schools in the state of Gujarat and Delhi. She left earning for herself in 2016 to work for underprivileged kids in Rural and Urban areas. She supports children in academics, life skills and spending time with them for their overall development. For this purpose, she creates and designs various activities for kids. She likes nature and has a dream to roam her country, carrying caravan along. She believes in giving her time, resources and skills for the betterment of children.

Mihir Mehta born on 4th December 1966 is a chartered accountant of 1991 batch, practicing in the field of account, audit and income tax. He likes drawing-painting, birding, photography and nature. A child is alive within him. He see dreams and live fully to pursue his dreams. One of his dreams is to become an ARTIST and to have his own ART Gallery. He always likes to share happiness with others. His keen interest is to work with the kids for their overall development. He always believes that who I am is a possibility “CONTRIBUTION”.
