Nurture Radical Kindness with One Future Collective

Inequality is worsening, we are seeing more hate than ever before, and we urgently need leadership that rises to the challenges of social injustice and inequity. Everyday, each of us looks at the world around us and feels increasingly helpless and powerless to drive meaningful change.

But, here's the thing, we are not powerless. We can move the world towards social justice, and this is what we do. We nurture radical kindness to move the world towards social justice. And today, we are not asking you to fund a program or project, we are asking you to fund us. We need 50 lakhs INR to maintain core operations for one financial year, and we want to raise that money from our community. Read more on this below:

What is radical kindness?

Our work is grounded in radical kindness: a political practice that resists violence and apathy by centring care, accountability, courage, and collective responsibility. Radical kindness is not passive or sentimental. It is a disciplined commitment to unlearning harm, holding power accountable, and building relationships and systems that make justice possible. It shapes how we activate will, cultivate leadership, sustain movements, and redesign institutions.

What will your support make possible?

We are asking for 50 lakhs INR for one year of operations. Apart from ensuring our core costs of compliance, marketing and HR are met, we will be able to:

1. Train 50 feminist leaders and changemakers as One Future Fellows to drive exponential impact;
2. Engage 10,000 young people on taking rights-based action;
3. Provide wellbeing and access to justice support for emerging leaders;
4. Lead and manage communities like our OFC Community, Sanskaari Girls Book Club and the Feminist Leadership Hub with over 30,000 community members on critical thinking and action on issues of social justice;
5. Advance advocacy, coalitions and movement building for social justice.
