At the heart of the One Future Fellowship lies a powerful mission: to empower individuals with the skills, knowledge, and values to become catalysts for positive social change.

The fellowship encompasses four key components: learning, coaching, community, and action. 

Over six months, fellows embark on a journey of self-discovery and skill-building, starting with exploring their personal leadership trajectory and progressing to acquiring a robust understanding of feminist leadership and social justice principles. Through coaching sessions, fellows delve into self-awareness and the cultivation of personal values, while also fostering a supportive community of peers. 

Our Fellowship is not just another leadership program—it's a holistic experience designed to nurture the leaders our world desperately needs. 

With a commitment to real-world impact, the program culminates in fellows developing action plans to implement their learnings within their micro-communities.
