“Society for Participatory Integrated Development” (SPID), is a registered and internationally recognized NGO under the Indian Societies Registration Act, XXI of 1860. It is also registered under 80-G of the Income Tax Exemption Act, GoI and has a valid FCRA License for receiving CSR grants and foreign contributions. Since 2004, we are working on various issues for the betterment of marginalized, deprived, underprivileged, suffering and vulnerable people of all castes and creeds. We are devoted to providing them with a platform to overcome their problems and fulfil their small or big dreams and more importantly enable them to live a dignified life and become better citizens of society. Our mission is to strengthen and empower the vulnerable and marginalized people of society through skill development, education, health, and women’s and children’s rights. Our vision is to make people realize their potential and capabilities by providing opportunities for development, making them independent and self-reliant, and making them aware of dignity and freedom through decision-making and a participatory approach. Some of our ongoing programs are:1)    Child Rights &amp; Education (SPID – SMS Centre)2)    After Care Home / Group Housing3)    Youth &amp; Skill Development (SPID-Tech Mahindra SMART Skill Development Training Centre)4)    Women Empowerment (SPID - Mahila Panchayat, SPID – Vocational Training Program)5)    Health &amp; Sanitation (SPID – RTP program (rapid testing program on HIV/AIDS &amp; Counselling)6)    Environment &amp; Advocacy Program (SPID &amp; Advocacy work on the domestic worker)
