We offer and guide seekers with four tools that help them experience a sense of centredness and balance from the get-go: (i) Relaxation, (ii) Meditation (iii) Cleaning to help unwind and decompress, (iv) Introspection and Connection to one’s inner source. The emphasis is on experience rather than too much explanation.There are over 1 million practitioners of Heartfulness Meditation worldwide across backgrounds. This is a secular offering.The unique feature of this practice is the presence of Yogic Transmission that facilitates the practice of meditation, allows the experience of balance and enables focus, composure, courage and other positive qualities. Practitioners feel the impact of these tools very soon.The Heartfulness techniques can be easily integrated into one’s daily life. Further, beyond introducing seekers to the practices (three sessions of 1 hour each), certified trainers are available to support practitioners on an ongoing basis. In addition, there is an App that practitioners will receive allowing them to meditate with a trainer any time, any day, any place.We make our offering available to individuals, educational institutions, corporates, government organisations, communities and so on. We also have a teacher's training curriculum.
