At TeamLease Foundation, we are on a mission to put India to work by transforming education into employability, especially for underserved youth.
Our Work-Integrated Learning Programs (WILP) combine formal education with real-world, on-the-job experience. These programs enable learners to earn while they learn, accelerating their path to employment while gaining industry-relevant skills. We align short-term skilling, degree-linked apprenticeships, and digital fluency with real industry demand, making youth job-ready—faster.
We focus on scalability and inclusivity—ensuring youth from remote or disadvantaged communities aren’t left behind.
We are also FCRA-registered, which enables us to receive international funding and collaborate with global development partners in full compliance with Indian laws and donor requirements.
