PANDEMIC COVID 19 AWARENESS & CONTROL IN JHARKHAND STATE (INDIA) IN BERO BLOCK OF RANCHI DISTRICT IN JHARKHAND STATE

The recent pandemic Coronavirus infections disease is highly dangerous for human life. It very sharply expands from one person to nearly 400 persons within a very short time. It severely affects the lungs, heart and brain even causing death to an infected person within one month or better to say, after a fortnight. Two years ago, there was no medicine or medical treatment for this pandemic disease. After one year of coming of this pandemic, some bio-chemists, druggists and pharmacologists developed its vaccination and proper injection for highly affected patients. They have also developed pathological tests for the pandemic disease.

This pandemic has got many mutations alpha, beta, gamma, delta, delta plus, omicron, etc. all of which are very severe for human life. 

Its origin viz. from where it has started is said to be from Buhan in China but China disagrees on this point. W.H.O. has been highly sensitive to controlling this pandemic disease.

It is world-wise collective work to make awareness to speed up vaccination, to arrange medical treatment to provide oxygenated beds for patients. 

We are attempting to make awareness through mass communication, public conferences and meetings, workshops & seminars to the general public especially in the rural remote areas including the hilly and forestry areas of Ranchi District in Jharkhand State. We are also making them activated to use face masks, kits and sanitisers to wash their hands frequently daily and not to touch their mouth or nose. They have also been advised to make physical distancing and social distancing and also not to move purposelessly. They are also been activated for vaccinations and to get tested by RT PCR tests if and when, they want to move to another district or in another state.

If any person is found positive in the RT PCR test or if he is facing a breathing problem, he is advised to consult to nearest hospital doctor immediately.

If the doctor suggests hospitalization of an infected person, proper care is made for his medical treatment on an oxygenated bed, Remdimisir injection and necessary medicine for a cure against the pandemic disease

By actively working among the general community through our local volunteers, social activists and medical experts; the persons living in remote rural villages and hilly and forestry areas of our operational areas, good awareness will be achieved among the general community for proper precautions against this pandemic disease.

By organizing public meetings and conferences, workshops and seminars, fresh ideas will be evolved for awareness, control and treatment of this pandemic disease.

By conducting survey and benchmark survey, status of percentage of persons having been vaccinated fully, having been vaccinated partially, having taken emergency or third vaccination, etc, of all types of age group will be known and such data will be documented in computer system-which will give light for future course of action. All such data reports will be circulated under support of local mass, social media.

Moreover, by arranging to conduct RT PCR Tests, we shall know and collect data for the infected persons for further medical treatment. Further pandemic patients care will be ensured through such data
