Playground for orphan toddlers

At the orphanage, the children are provided with the basic necessities of food, shelter, and clothing. However, the

younger children (toddlers) do not have a play area. Their motor and social skills are very limited due to a lack of

physical activities. The children should be taken out for some time everyday and have a playground to explore.

Additionally, there are many benefits to spending time outdoors and getting sunlight during the day.

We would like to raise funds to come up with a playground for preschool aged children at the orphanage. We

want to provide equipment like swings, see-saws, a trampoline, slide, and a merry-go- round.

There are many positive effects of playing outdoors for children. It helps improve coordination. Physical activity/exercise

helps make them stronger and staying outside teaches them about the environment. It also helps improve communication and inculcate the virtue of team spirit

amongst the children.
